COVID-19: 2,710 ACTIVE CASES IN SABAH AS OF JAN 11
11 JAN 2021 By Ruby Koh KOTA KINABALU: A total of 2,710 Covid-19 patients are still receiving treatment as of today, including a total of 374 newly infected patients reported today. In his statement today, Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said with the latest addition, the cumulative total of Covid-cases in Sabah now stands at 41,040. "A total of 726 patients are receiving treatment in the hospital while the rest are being treated at quarantine centres. "Sixty-nine of them are currently being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) with 16 of them ventilated," he said. Today, the minister reported that a total of 306 patients have recovered from the disease and were discharged. Unfortunately, another patient in Sandakan as reported today succumbed to the disease.
