Eight localities in Sabah under EMCO starting August 13

KOTA KINABALU: A total of eight localities in Sabah will be placed under a 14-day enhanced movement control order (EMCO) starting this Friday (August 13).

Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said in Tawau, the localities involved are Kampung Kongsi 8, Kampung Bergosong Pulau Sebatik, and PPR Taman Sri Apas Batu 8.

As for Beluran, the localities that will be placed under EMCO are Perumahan Ladang Reka Halus and Perumahan Ladang Boustead Trunkline,” he said in a statement today.

Other localities that will be placed under EMCO are Kampung Kayu Madang, Telipok in Kota Kinabalu, Kampung Batition in Kota Marudu and Kampung Sunsuron in Tambunan.
