I WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIRD PHASE KADAMAIAN SQUARE, TAMU TAGINAMBUR: EWON


13 April 2021 By Wartawan Nabalu News KOTA BELUD: Kadamaian State Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick said he will proceed with his commitment in the third phase development of Kadamaian Square and Tamu Taginambur. According to him, the third phase involves the construction of concrete ring road, deepening of drains at the tamu area, recreational landscaping, building of children's playground as well as driving range for golf. "I will continue to work for the third phase development of Kadamaian Square and Tamu Taginambur ror the benefit of all Kadamaian people," he said after inspecting the implementation of Phase 2 development, together with former Kadamaian State Assemblyman Datuk Yapin Gimpoton, yesterday. The second phase, Ewon added, involves the construction of the Taginambur Weekend Tamu, rest houses, cafes, and riverbank concrete. "This is one of the significant development changes on the concerns of the 2018-2020 Sabah Government that I have successfully planned and fought for as in the 2020-2035 Kadamaian Development Master Plan. "Datuk Yapin opened up this tamu for the people, while I completed the necessary development," he said. The former rural development minister for Sabah also hoped that the facility could benefit and provide comfort, not only for Kadamaian constituents but also all residents of Kota Belud. "The previous state government has channelled RM2 million allocation for the first and second phases of Tamu Taginambur.
