SEVEN LOCALITIES IN SABAH UNDER EMCO STARTING JULY 13

KOTA KINABALU: Three localities in Kota Kinabalu, two in Beaufort, and one each in Putatan as well as Tongod will be placed under a 14-day enhanced movement control order (EMCO) starting this Sunday (July 13).


Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said in Kota Kinabalu the localities involved are Jalan Pasir, Likas, Kampung Kuala Menggatal, and Kuarters Tangki Air Biru, Telipok.


“In Beaufort, the localities involved are Kampung Jempangah and Kampung Rancangan Klias,” he said in a statement today.


Meanwhile, In Putatan, the locality that will be placed under EMCO is Kampung Tebongon.


“In Tongod the locality that will be placed under EMCO is Borneo Timber,” he stated.
