Ten localities in Sabah under EMCO starting Aug 27

KOTA KINABALU: A total of 10 localities in Sabah will be placed under a 14-day enhanced movement control order (EMCO) starting this Friday (August 27).

Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said in Telupid, the localities involved are Kampung Gading, Kampung Ulu Sapi and Ladang Melia.

“As for Penampang, the localities that will be placed under EMCO are Beverly Hills Phase 5 and Kampung Nabazan,” he said in a statement today.

Other localities that will be placed under EMCO are Kampung Lohan Ulu and Kampung Libang in Ranau, and Rancangan Batu 22 Apas, in Tawau.

Meanwhile, Kampung Landung Ayang in Kudat and Kampung Pengalat Kecil in Papar, will also be placed under EMCO.
