KOTA KINABALU: Sabah will go to the polls on 29 November, which is now less than a week away.
With polling day fast approaching, United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) Inanam candidate, Datuk Wong Thien Fook, has intensified his engagement with constituents through walkabouts in villages and local tamu (markets).
Throughout his campaign trail, Wong has spoken with hundreds of residents, and he believes the overall response has been encouraging.

“I have communicated the SabahFirst initiative to the people I met, and I believe I have succeeded in conveying its goals clearly,” he said after holding a walkabout in Manggatal Tamu.
He added that he will continue his campaign in areas and villages that have yet to be visited before polling day.

Wong also urged Inanam voters to support UPKO and cast their votes for him to ensure that the SabahFirst initiatives can be implemented effectively.

More than 1.7 million Sabahans are expected to head to the ballot boxes in 73 state constituencies on 29 November to choose their representatives in the state polls.
