Adjustable beds accorded to two recipients

KOTA BELUD: Two residents of Kampung Bukit Bendera and Kampung Tamalang, Taginambur Jaya, Kota Belud, received adjustable beds from the I Care Kadamaian programme recently.

This programme is an initiative aimed at assisting residents in need.

The recipients of the adjustable beds are Yasundai Duan, 65, from Kampung Bukit Bendera, and Demphon@Dompul Ekir, 70, from Kampung Tamalang. These adjustable beds were donated by the Yayasan Bank Rakyat (YBR).

The handover ceremony of the adjustable beds took place at the homes of both recipients and was attended by the staff of the Kadamaian Assemblyman office and the Chairman of the Village Development and Safety Committee (JKKK) of Taginambur Jaya, John Sindoong.

The I Care Kadamaian programme is one of the efforts by the Kadamaian Assemblyman to take care of the welfare of the residents in the Kadamaian area, especially those who are less fortunate.
