JAKARTA, Indonesia: The Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Terminal 1C of Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) officially opened its doors to guests on 2 January 2026. This milestone underscores Blue Sky Group and Airport Dimensions’ ongoing commitment to elevating airport hospitality standards across Indonesia’s domestic aviation sector.

Established in 2025, the collaboration between Blue Sky Group and Airport Dimensions provides a platform for innovative and enhanced airport experiences throughout Indonesia. Building on Blue Sky’s strong leadership in domestic lounge services and Airport Dimensions’ global expertise in delivering bespoke, award-winning airport environments, the partnership has already introduced a lounge in Makassar, with more locations planned. The new Premier Lounge at Terminal 1C exemplifies the strengths of both organisations, offering an experience rooted in local culture and enriched by international hospitality standards.

This new facility is Blue Sky’s sixth at Soekarno Hatta, reaffirming its dedication to delivering consistently high-quality premium services tailored to the evolving needs of travellers. The lounge primarily serves Citilink’s domestic passengers departing from Terminal 1C, a terminal renowned for its vibrant mix of business and leisure travellers.

Situated on Level 2, just beyond the check-in area near the Spot Station, the lounge is conveniently located for departing passengers. Covering 350 square metres and accommodating up to 76 guests, it boasts a sleek, contemporary design that fosters a calm and sophisticated environment before departure. Separate non-smoking and smoking sections ensure comfort and choice for all visitors.

More than a waiting area, the Blue Sky Premier Lounge offers personalised service from the moment guests arrive. Assistance with check-in and baggage handling supports a smoother, more efficient journey through the airport, providing added convenience and peace of mind.

Within the lounge, guests can indulge in Blue Sky’s renowned culinary standards. The menu features a mix of international and locally inspired dishes, including Selendang Mayang, alongside an all-you-can-eat buffet with Blue Sky’s signature mantau. A selection of live-cooked dishes enhances the culinary experience throughout the day. A dedicated coffee corner serves Ippolito, Blue Sky’s signature artisan coffee, while the Healthy Corner offers cold-pressed juices and soft drinks. The lounge also includes a private VIP room—available for an additional fee—offering enhanced privacy and comfort, as well as restroom and prayer facilities (mushola) designed to support both comfort and spiritual needs.

Given that Terminal 1C handles domestic flights, the lounge caters to a diverse mix of frequent business travellers and weekend leisure passengers. The steady passenger flow and consistent flight rotations make this an ideal location for premium lounge services.

The Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Terminal 1C is accessible to all passengers, regardless of airline or ticket class, providing a premium experience for every traveller. Access is available to Priority Pass members, the leading airport lounge programme, as well as LoungeKey cardholders. Walk-in passengers can also enter for a fee of IDR 210,000 per person, with additional access possible through pre-booking via a reservation hotline or partner programmes, subject to availability.
