Nine new Covid-19 clusters detected in five districts

KOTA KINABALU: A total of nine localities in Sabah involving five districts will be placed under 14-day enhanced movement control order (EMCO) starting this Monday (August 9).
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said that the localities involved in Tawau are Taman Semarak Indah, Taman Semarak Jaya, Flat Sri Semarak and Taman Sejati.
As for Penampang, the localities involved are Kampung Koidupan and Kampung Guunsing-Novunsu.
The other localities that will be placed under EMCO are Kampung Marau in Sipitang, Kampung Baru Kimanis in Papar and Kampung Tanjong Kapor in Kudat.
