Slecther Myranda crowned Unduk Ngadau Penampang 2025

PENAMPANG: Slecther Myranda Floyd was crowned Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan Penampang 2025 during the district-level pageant held at Buhavan Square, here on Sunday.

Slecther, who also received the subsidiary title Tati Topiodo, emerged victorious among 14 finalists competing for the prestigious crown.

With her win, she walked away with RM7,000 in cash, a tiara, sash, trophy, and a bouquet of flowers. She will represent Penampang at the state-level Unduk Ngadau competition at Dewan Hongkod Koisaan on 31 May.

The first runner-up title went to Carrie Terence, who received RM3,000 in cash, a trophy and a bouquet of flowers.

Meanwhile, the second runner-up spot went to Dorna Mayra Michael, who also clinched the Tati Tosuau subsidiary title. She took home RM2,000 in cash, along with a trophy and a bouquet of flowers.

Rachel Barbara Gador secured fourth place, followed by Michelle Shaney Madzalan in fifth, Roslina Lojinih Moliu in sixth, and Cassandra Rechael Rayner in seventh.

In addition, the Tati Kaanangan title, decided by the highest number of online votes, went to Harolyne Justine.

The Penampang-level Kaamatan celebration was officiated by Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Datuk Ewon Benedick, who is also the Member of Parliament for Penampang.
