UPKO Melalap supplies food and water supplied to flood victims

MELALAP: A total of 17 families affected by the floods in Kg. Pulong received food baskets and mineral water provided by the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation ( UPKO) Melalap Division Chief, Junik Bajit.

The aid was delivered by his representative, Juman Lee, who presented the contributions to the recipients.

Each family received a food basket containing essential items along with mineral water to help alleviate the burden caused by this disaster.

"Hopefully, this assistance will bring some relief to the affected families. Let us all pray for the situation to return to normal," said Junik in his message.

Also present during the aid distribution were several party members and volunteers who helped ensure that the assistance reached every family in need.
