UPKO’s Dennison Indang Faces Nine-Way Battle in Tanjung Aru

KOTA KINABALU: Dennison R. Indang of the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) is set for a fierce contest as he faces eight other candidates in his bid for the N22 Tanjung Aru State Constituency.
The candidates contesting the seat are:
Datuk Chan Foong Hin – Pakatan Harapan
Datuk Wong Hong Jun (Junz Wong) – Warisan
Suhaimi bin Buang – Perikatan Nasional
Yee Wee Ping – Parti Impian Sabah
Wong Cheng Chee – Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri
Mohamed Zaim bin Ansawi – Independent
Hiew Choon Yu – STAR
Datuk Loh Ee Eng – Parti Bumi Kenyalang
Speaking in an earlier interview, Dennison emphasised the constituency’s diversity and shared aspirations.
"We have over 21,000 voters, a diverse community united by common issues and common hopes: safety, opportunities, and a better future for our children."

He added that he remains steadfast in upholding UPKO’s SabahFirst principles, which will guide his approach to serving the people of Tanjung Aru.
