UPKO Youth rally behind Billy Joe Kapayan Candidate

PENAMPANG: Billy Joe Dominic is contesting the Kapayan Constituency under the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) banner. He serves as the UPKO Penampang Youth Leader and is a strong advocate for the SabahFirst initiative.

As a young man with an approachable disposition, he is well liked by his peers.
