THREE LOCALITIES IN SABAH UNDER EMCO STARTING JULY 15

KOTA KINABALU: Two localities in Pitas and one in Sandakan will be placed under a 14-day enhanced movement control order (EMCO) starting on July 15 and ends at July 28.
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said in Sandakan, the locality involved is Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR), Lintas Sibuga.
Meanwhile, in Pitas, the locality that will be placed under EMCO is Kampung Telaga and Kampung Pinturu.
Masidi added the decision to impose EMCO on these localities was made in order to restrict the public movement so that the virus will not spread to other areas.
