EWON INSPECTS CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF NEW PPRT HOUSES IN KG MELANGKAP TIONG

KOTA BELUD: Kadamaian State Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick has inspected some new houses under the Hardcorde Poor Housing Programme (PPRT) which are still underway in Kampung Melangkap Tiong here, today.

The recipient of the house, Jurainih Tinggangon together with her husband and three children expressed their delights and thanked the assemblyman for his help in getting them a more comfortable house.

“Jurainih’s family is among the families that we have assisted in getting the new house last year.

“They will move into the new house once it is completed in the near future,” he said during the inspection.

Previously, he attended a concrete building ‘gotong-royong’ session at the Badi-Badi Wanita site of the same village.

He also hoped that the current Kadamaian development administrator can bring in more new PPRT houses in Kadamaian for families in need.

After that, Ewon was taken by former former Mukim Developer Anichlose Kesimin to inspect the Community Tourism Open Hall and gymnasium in the village.

“These two are among the facilities in Kg Melangkap Tiong that we managed to channel allocations to previously,” he said.
