KOTA KINABALU: Monetary gifts provided to excellent achievers can indeed serve as effective motivators.

Such incentives not only offer tangible rewards but also convey recognition and appreciation for their hard work and accomplishments.

When individuals receive monetary gifts for their achievements, it creates a sense of value and validation, prompting them to strive for even greater success.

It is with this in mind that Yayasan Bank Rakyat accorded a total of RM61,500 incentives to 146 students who excelled in SPM and STPM.

These students are from four schools in Penampang namely SM St Michael, SMK Bahang, SMK Limbanak and SMK Datuk Peter Mojuntin.

One of the recipients, Jessiera Jipilol Menjuan, an 18-year-old student from St. Michael, expressed her gratitude for the timely assistance provided by Yayasan Bank Rakyat. Reflecting on his recent accomplishment, Roy extends his heartfelt gratitude to Yayasan Bank Rakyat for their generous award. He acknowledges the financial challenges he faces and emphasises the profound impact of Yayasan Bank Rakyat’s support in his life.

Roy finds it difficult to articulate the depth of his appreciation, but his sincere thanks for the generous gifts resounds with genuine gratitude.
