KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Wong Thien Fook, the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) candidate for the Inanam constituency, continued his campaign efforts with an energetic walkabout in the heart of Inanam.
Accompanied by party members and local supporters, he took the opportunity to meet shoppers and vendors at the Bataras Tamu. He greeted all the stall owners, and listened to the concerns of everyday voters.
Speaking during the walkabout, Wong called on the people of Inanam to give him their support in the upcoming election.

He reiterated his belief that UPKO is well-positioned to deliver on its commitment to the people through it's SabahFirst initiative.
He stressed that the moment had come for the community to stand united behind a shared vision for progress.
According to him, the SabahFirst agenda is not merely a political slogan but a comprehensive plan that seeks to ensure that Sabah is treated with fairness, dignity and due respect, both within the national framework and in matters affecting local governance and development.

Wong highlighted several key areas he hopes to address if given the mandate, for the people of Inanam.
He added that a united electorate would strengthen the push for meaningful change and allow the plan to be implemented effectively.
He concluded by expressing his hope that the residents of Inanam would place their trust in him, support the vision he represents, and cast their votes for him in the coming election, enabling UPKO to advance the SabahFirst agenda for the benefit of the entire State.
