SANDAKAN: Residents of Kampung Berhala Darat Zones A and B came together this morning for a large-scale dengue prevention and environmental health activity aimed at eliminating Aedes mosquito breeding grounds and raising community awareness.

The programme, which began at 7.30am, featured a dengue prevention briefing, an interactive question-and-answer session, distribution of rubbish bags and gloves, and a community gotong-royong to clean the area.

Assemblyman for N.56 Tanjong Papat and Chairman of Sabah Development Berhad, Datuk Poon Ming Fung @ Frankie, together with his Political Secretary and Chairman of Jetama Water Sdn Bhd, Liau Fui Fui, joined residents in the clean-up.
