Agilent and Monash University Celebrate 15 Years with New BioDiscovery Hub

KUALA LUMPUR: Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Monash University Malaysia to establish a cutting-edge BioDiscovery Hub at MUMPMP. This new facility aims to accelerate biotechnology research and innovation across the region. The agreement, signed in celebration of the partnership’s 15th anniversary, highlights Agilent’s ongoing commitment to advancing high-impact research and development in dynamic Asian markets.
Under the renewed collaboration, Agilent will supply its high-resolution Revident Quadrupole Time of Flight LC/MS systems, alongside the 1290 Infinity III High-Performance Liquid Chromatography series and the next-generation 5977C Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry Detector. These technologies will support joint research projects, application development, workshops, and scientific training at the new hub. The partnership seeks to accelerate research in small- and large-molecule analysis, fostering deeper insights in biomedical, pharmaceutical, and molecular biology fields.
