KUALA LUMPUR: ZOLOZ, the flagship AI product of Ant Digital Technologies announced the opening of its new operations centre in Malaysia yesterday . This move aims to upgrade local service offerings, speed up response times, and strengthen on-the-ground processing to better serve Malaysian customers.

Built on a cutting-edge technological framework—including artificial intelligence, facial recognition, and dynamic risk intelligence, ZOLOZ has already supported users across 30 countries, providing secure and seamless digital identity solutions.

"Following our successful ventures in Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and Indonesia, establishing the ZOLOZ Malaysia hub marks a significant milestone for Ant Digital Technologies in the international arena," said Garry Sien, Chief Innovation and Solutions Officer, International, Ant Digital Technologies.

"It reflects our dedication to investing in local digital infrastructure and delivering advanced AI solutions tailored specifically to Malaysian needs."

Last year, Malaysia introduced the National Cloud Computing Policy (NCCP), guiding the country’s digital transformation with a focus on security, inclusivity, and sustainability. According to the e-Conomy SEA 2025 report by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company, Malaysia secured 32% of Southeast Asia’s total AI funding, cementing its position as a regional AI investment hub.

In April 2025, Ant Digital Technologies established its international headquarters in Hong Kong. The launch of this new regional centre signifies a further step in expanding its service capabilities and reaffirms its long-term commitment to the global market.

To date, Ant Digital Technologies has served over 10,000 enterprise clients and more than 300 ecosystem partners.
