Ewon Leads KKIP Delegation to Explore Industrial Collaboration Opportunities in Taiwan

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship, Datuk Ewon Benedick, is leading a delegation from Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) on a working visit to Taiwan to explore potential industrial collaboration opportunities.


Ewon, who also serves as Chairman of KKIP, is scheduled to meet with high-technology and semiconductor industry players through the Taiwan Science Park Industries Association (ASIP).


He will also hold discussions with Sinotech Engineering Consultants, the firm behind the development of Hsinchu Science Park and several other industrial parks.


In addition, Ewon is set to meet representatives from Phison Electronics Corporation, Chaoyang University of Technology, and Yeshealth iFarm.


The delegation includes representatives from the Energy Commission of Sabah, SMJ Energy Sdn Bhd, Sabah Energy Corporation, Sabah Electricity, and Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
