Five STAR Assemblymen Stand Firm with GRS

KOTA KINABALU: Five STAR Sabah Assemblymen have reaffirmed their commitment to remain with Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and to continue supporting the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor.

In a joint statement, Datuk Ellron Angin, Datuk Robert Tawik @ Nordin, Datuk Abidin Madingkir, Datuk Anwar Ayuub @ Annuar Ayub, and Datuk Flovia Ng emphasised that political stability and the continuity of development remain the top priorities under the present Sabah State Government.

“We uphold the mandate and trust given to us by the people,” they said, stressing that any decision regarding the party’s direction must be carefully deliberated in the best interests of the people and the state.

The leaders stated that they stand firm in remaining with GRS and will defend their seats under the coalition’s banner as a mark of loyalty to the people’s mandate and a commitment to maintaining Sabah’s stability.
