MCO: CAR WASH SERVICES ALLOWED

KOTA KINABALU: Car wash and polishing services are allowed to operate during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period as an automatic maintenance chain in compliance with the set standard operating procedures (SOP).
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said employers need to ensure that there are staff who monitor the entry and exit of customers in their premises.
In his statement, he said the operating hours allowed for these services are from 6am to 6pm.
For construction sectors, quarry operations are also allowed to operate from 6am to 6pm.
