Membakut Voters Urged to Support SabahFirst

MEMBAKUT: Rowindy Lawrence Odong, the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) candidate for Membakut, continued her campaign efforts with a walkabout in Binsulok on her third day on the ground.

Accompanied by her team, she visited the homes of potential voters to introduce herself, listen to local concerns, and share the core principles behind the SabahFirst ideology, an initiative that prioritises Sabah’s rights, fair development, and the empowerment of local communities.

Rowindy said the walkabout allowed her to better understand the needs of the people in Binsulok, especially those in rural and semi-rural areas who often feel overlooked.

She believed that the day went well and the people she met were receptive.

“I shared that SabahFirst is about placing Sabahans at the heart of decision-making. It is about ensuring that every policy, every programme, and every development plan addresses the needs of our people first,” she said.
