MR D.I.Y. Offers Special Promotions on 98 Products Nationwide to Celebrate Merdeka

KUALA LUMPUR: MR D.I.Y. Group [M] Berhad (MR D.I.Y.) is bringing back its highly anticipated Merdeka bazaar for the second time, this year under the theme “Bersama Satu Bazaar.”

Coinciding with the nation’s 68th Independence Day, “Bersama Satu Bazaar” is a lively celebration of unity, pride, and community spirit. This year, the event moves to the Sunway Pyramid Open Car Park, opening the festivities to even more Malaysians. The bazaar will run from 29 August to 1 September 2025.

Over the course of four days, visitors can enjoy an exciting array of more than 100 stalls showcasing Malaysia’s most popular food vendors and product brands. The event also features booths from MR D.I.Y.’s own family of brands,  MR. D.I.Y., MR. TOY, and MR. DOLLAR. Attendees can indulge in a variety of local favourites, including roti canai, nasi lemak, laksa, kuey teow, burgers, noodles, desserts, and an assortment of beverages. Additionally, there will be handmade accessories, crafts, stationery, cosmetics, clothing, flowers, and more on offer.

Beyond shopping and eating, Bersama Satu Bazaar promises an immersive experience with interactive games, creative workshops, and a comprehensive programme of cultural and contemporary performances. Families with young children can enjoy a giant inflatable playground and a petting zoo, ensuring fun for visitors of all ages.

MR D.I.Y. Group’s Vice President of Marketing, Alex Goh, expressed his enthusiasm about the upcoming event, saying, “Our inaugural ‘Bersama Satu Bazaar’ received overwhelmingly positive feedback from Malaysians. As a token of appreciation, MR D.I.Y. will be giving away complimentary tote bags daily to visitors who complete the Bazaar Passport Challenge, a fun and interactive way to explore everything the bazaar has to offer. Attendees will also have the chance to win lucky draw prizes worth up to RM8,000.
