TAMBUNAN: Chairman of the Bingkor Rural Tourism Association, Razzidin Robert, recently extended a cash donation to the Tambunan Orphanage during a welfare programme held, recently.
The contribution was made as a gesture of the association’s concern for the welfare of those in need, particularly orphans, and also aimed at helping to cover the daily necessities of the welfare home.
The donation was received by the Principal of the Tambunan Orphanage, Noor Jannah Rusinin, on behalf of the management and residents of the orphanage.
Razzidin said the initiative was in line with the association’s commitment to continue playing an active role in community welfare programmes.
“This contribution may be modest, but it is hoped that it will help meet the daily needs of the orphans here and bring them a little joy."
“We also hope that this effort will be blessed and serve as an inspiration for more parties to come forward and contribute for the welfare of the community,” he said.
Meanwhile, Noor Jannah expressed her appreciation and gratitude for the donation, describing it as a very meaningful form of assistance to the welfare home.
