Sabah CM vows to bring prosperity for all

PUTATAN: Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor said that his government is working very hard to bring progress and development to the state and its people.

He said the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS)-led government is committed to ensuring the welfare and well-being of all Sabahans regardless of their background or status.

“The Government that I lead today is working very hard to bring progress and development to the state and the people,” he said.

Meanwhile, also urged Muslims to use the month of Ramadan as an opportunity to strengthen their relations and unity, as he warned that disunity and rifts among the people will only hinder the state's development.

He made the remark at a breaking of fast event and a presentation of contributions to single mothers and the needy at Masjid Jamek here.

He was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister III and Works Minister Datuk Ir Shahelmey Yahya, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Ariffin Mohd Arif and Petagas Assemblyman Datuk Awang Ahmad Sah Sahari.

Also present were Muis President Datuk Seri Haji Yahya Hussin and Industrial and Entrepreneur Development Minister Phoong Jin Zhe.
