Shandong Inspur Intelligent Building Technology Showcases AI-Driven Solutions at Inaugural ASEAN AI Summit

KUALA LUMPUR: Shandong Inspur Intelligent Building Technology Co., Ltd., a leading innovator in smart building solutions, took centre stage at the inaugural ASEAN AI Summit 2025, unveiling its latest advancements in AI-enabled construction technologies.


Organised by Malaysia’s National Artificial Intelligence Office under the Ministry of Digital, the landmark summit opened on 12 August at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. The event brought together global leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, featuring over 150 exhibition booths with strong participation from industry frontrunners.


At the summit, Inspur Intelligent Building showcased its integrated applications of artificial intelligence across the entire construction lifecycle. These included modular construction, which combines high-efficiency prefabrication, flexible assembly, and intelligent adaptation to deliver cost-effective residential and commercial spaces, strengthening competitiveness in the global market and reaffirming its commitment to sustainable building practices. The company also demonstrated its AI+ automated design platform, which integrates human-machine collaboration to standardise and streamline the development of construction blueprints.


Additionally, Inspur presented its smart site management platform, incorporating AI-powered image recognition, intelligent query tools, building information modelling (BIM), and point-cloud imaging to facilitate real-time monitoring and precise management of project resources. Its smart home solutions featured a comprehensive IoT platform for device interconnectivity and intelligent automation, enhanced by large AI models to create personalised living experiences. The company also introduced its PV-Storage-Charging System, which consolidates solar power generation, energy storage, rapid charging, and vehicle diagnostics into a single monitoring platform, aimed at reducing operational costs, increasing renewable energy adoption, and accelerating digital transformation within the industry.


Throughout the exhibition, visitors from Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, Africa, and other regions engaged with Inspur Intelligent Building’s technical team to explore its comprehensive solutions for AI-driven energy and carbon management platforms, smart industrial park systems, and next-generation smart home and hospitality technologies. Live demonstrations and case studies showcased the company’s engineering expertise and real-world applications, receiving high praise from industry partners.


This debut appearance at the ASEAN AI Summit significantly enhanced Inspur Intelligent Building’s international profile and opened new avenues for growth in Southeast Asia.
