Shangri-La Rasa Ria invites diners to their ‘Cita Rasa Dapur Chef’ Buffet Experience

TUARAN: The buffet at Shangri-La Rasa Ria delights with an array of flavours, inviting guests to a memorable culinary adventure.

Dubbed Cita Rasa Dapur Chef, this anticipated seasonal buffet invites guests to savour a refined celebration of traditional flavours and culinary heritage.

Running from 19 February to 19 March 2026, the buffet showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of classic dishes, expertly prepared by the resort’s culinary team. Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of the resort, the dining experience is designed to bring families and friends together through a rich and comforting spread.

Guests can look forward to an impressive array of offerings, including succulent roasted meats, traditional favourites such as ketupat and lemang, as well as an assortment of delicate festive desserts. Among the highlights is the popular Juadah Viral selection, featuring Roasted Whole Beef Leg, Uncle Keymet’s Rojak Buah (local fruit salad), Abang John’s Satay, and Nyonya Assam Pedas–marinated baked fish.

Also featured are fresh ulam appetisers sourced directly from local markets and Shangri-La Rasa Ria’s own herb permaculture garden, alongside a selection of homemade ice creams that complete the indulgent dining experience.

To cater to group dining, the resort is offering a special bulk purchase rate of RM1,380 for 10 persons, while individual pricing is set at RM148 per adult and RM74 per child.

Emphasising family togetherness, Shangri-La Rasa Ria is also introducing a Kids Dine Free promotion. Children aged 11 and below dine free from Monday to Thursday when accompanied by one paying adult. In addition, children aged 7 to 11 years are entitled to a 50 per cent discount off the original buffet price or may opt to purchase children’s buffet vouchers.

Advance reservations are required for this limited-time culinary experience. Guests are advised to present a printed or digital copy of their voucher upon arrival.
