KOTA KINABALU: In the heart of Kota Kinabalu, where sea breezes mingle with urban buzz, the Sheraton Kota Kinabalu Hotel launched a daily high tea that redefines afternoon luxury.
Debuting at its signature restaurant @More, this sophisticated ritual runs every day from 11am to 5pm.
At a friendly RM148 for two, it pairs premium Dilmah teas with a curated array of treats, from buttery scones and decadent sweets to savoury bites that dance on the palate.

Tea lovers can sample an exquisite selection, including the bold SJG Ceylon Original Breakfast Tea, elegant SJG Nuwara Eliya Afternoon Tea, refined SJG Pure Darjeeling, bergamot-kissed SJG Silver Jubilee Earl Grey, warming SJG Ceylon Ginger with Honey & Mint, fragrant SJG Ceylon Rose & Mint, gentle SJG Ceylon Full Leaf Green Tea, crisp SJG Moroccan Mint Green Tea, aromatic SJG Natural Jasmine Green Tea, and soothing SJG Pure & Natural Chamomile.
Dilmah representative Hans Lau emphasised on the art of tea preparation, a craft passed down through generations.
Complementing these are Chef Ryan Poon's dishes, created with talent and flair. This offerings are tea sandwiches such as turmeric sourdough with smoked duck breast and fruits gastrique, curried egg with celery and cucumber wrapper, Kurage sausage roll, and forestière smoked chicken vol-au-vent; sweets including seasonal berries tartlets, pistachio Paris-Brest, death by chocolate brownies, and carrot and pineapple cake; scones like raisin and classic varieties, served with rosewater raspberry jam and clotted cream.

The venue dazzles with space for 60 guests in its main area and cosy nooks for intimate groups of four to six. Soaring ceilings, soft lighting, and understated elegance make it perfect for romantic chats, business meets, or relaxed friend gatherings amid Sabah's energy.
"We aimed to craft a daily haven for savouring quality time and exceptional flavours," says Tina Goh, Director of Marketing.
"This is Sabah's first such pairing of a premium tea brand with Sheraton's F&B excellence."

Open daily with no reservations needed for small parties, it's set to become a must-visit.
Also present during the event was Jammaz Yassin, Director of Food & Beverage.
