KUALA LUMPUR: CARiNG Pharmacy, together with Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy under BIG CARING Group, has unveiled its latest initiative, the "Empowering Women, Inspiring Wellness" campaign. This long-term programme aims to encourage women to take a more proactive role in managing their health and wellbeing, positioning CARiNG as a trusted, accessible partner in holistic community healthcare for women at all life stages.

Lim Chee Mun, Head of Product Marketing at BIG CARING Group, officially launched the campaign alongside key brand partners, emphasising the importance of women prioritising their health.

The campaign responds to the increasing need to support women in maintaining consistent health management, especially as they juggle multiple responsibilities and often put their own wellbeing on the backburner. While awareness about health and wellness has grown, many women still delay action until they experience issues.

CARiNG Pharmacy aims to transform this mindset by making wellness and self-care more accessible, practical, and easy to incorporate into daily routines. The campaign highlights key areas such as vitamins and supplements, skincare, NMN, and probiotics—catering to women’s diverse needs across different life stages.

At its core, the initiative promotes a holistic view of women’s health, recognising the link between inner wellness—nutrition, hormonal balance, energy, and immunity, and outer wellbeing, including skin, hair, and confidence. Mental and emotional health are also central, acknowledging how stress and daily pressures influence overall vitality.

Wong Siew Lai, Chief Marketing Officer of BIG CARING Group, shared, “Many women aren’t ignoring their health out of disregard, but because daily responsibilities, from work to family, leave little time for self-care. Often, action is only taken when something feels wrong. Our hope is to inspire women to adopt a more proactive, preventive approach—confidently, sustainably, and realistically.”

The campaign unites a network of trusted health and wellness brands, including Herbs of Gold, Lang Bragman, VitaHealth, Kinohimitsu, BiO-LiFE, PureMed, Curatica, Swissmed, Life Factor, Lennox, Boony & Co, and beauty brands like La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Cetaphil, and Treecell. Together, they offer a comprehensive range of solutions—from supplements and nutrition to skincare and personal care—supporting women through every stage of life.

The launch took place at CARiNG’s women’s wellness event, "Reset Your Me-Time," which brought together health experts, partners, and the community to spark conversations on proactive, holistic women’s health. The event featured a panel discussion with Lim Chee Mun, Dr Amanda Elli (aka Dr Unicorn), and Helen Tan of DoubleWoot, covering topics from confidence and self-expression to health and wellbeing, alongside a runway showcase by DoubleWoot.
