COVID-19: PUTATAN TOMBOVO CLUSTER RECORDS 12 NEWS CASES

KOTA KINABALU: A new cluster in Sabah, the Tombovo Cluster in Putatan, recorded an addition 12 new Covid-19 cases today, bringing the tally of the cluster's positive cases to 18.

The index case for the cluster, which is the 117629th case, was reported positive for the virus on Jan 3 through a symptomatic individual screening, said Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah.

He said a total of 97 individuals today had been screened with a total of 18 individuals' results came back positive.

Today, including the new cluster in Putatatn, a total of 11 new clusters were detected nationwide.
