Ewon presents appointment letter of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of UKKM to Felix Joseph Saang

KUALA LUMPUR: Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Cooperatives (MEDC) Datuk Ewon Benedick presented the appointment letter of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Malaysian Cooperative Entrepreneurship University (UKKM) to Felix Joseph Saang at the minister's office in Menara Bank Rakyat here today.

Also present at the brief ceremony were the Chairman of the UKKM Board, Datuk Wira (Dr.) Rosli Mat Hassan, the Director-General of the Malaysian Cooperative Institute (IKMa), Datuk Mohd Ali Mansor, and the Vice-Chancellor of UKKM, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Azali Mohamed.

Felix has held various positions before, including Chairman of Nippon Paint (Sabah), Director of Hospitality and Tourism, and Chairman of Tokou Sabah Berhad Cooperative. He also previously served as the Special Duties Officer to the Minister of MOSTI Malaysia.

His highest academic achievement is a Master in Management from North Borneo University College (NBUC). Felix expressed his gratitude to Ewon for the appointment.

The appointment as Deputy BoD of UKKM took effect on July 1st.
