KOTA BELUD: The ongoing commitment of Kadamaian State Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick to the Kadamaian community is evident as he continues to provide assistance to the people in his area.

Most recently, he donated birth touchpoint contributions to two families who have welcomed new babies.

The assistance was delivered through the staff of the Kadamaian Assemblyman’s office, Shainim Epin.

This contribution aims to help alleviate the burdens faced by the families, particularly in welcoming their new family members.

One of the recipients is the family of Kaylo Ozell Khalbert from Kampung Bokilong, represented by his father, Khalbert Parau.

The second family is that of Aver Jyann Januarius from Kampung Tuguson, represented by his mother, Aennessy Niting.

Ewon congratulated both families on the birth of their children. He expressed his hope that the contributions would provide some relief to the families in meeting their newborn's needs.

"I congratulate the recipient families and hope this contribution can help ease their burdens. This support is part of our efforts to ensure the welfare of the Kadamaian community is maintained," said Ewon.

Both recipients expressed their gratitude to Ewon for his concern. They described the contribution as a significant support, especially during the current challenging economic situation.

Ewon's initiative reflects his dedication to the welfare of the Kadamaian community, in line with his leadership principles that focus on being part of the solution and prioritising the people. Such initiatives not only assist families in need but also strengthen the bond between leaders and their constituents.

The efforts of the Kadamaian Assemblyman are hoped to inspire other leaders to remain attentive and committed to advocating for the welfare of the people in their respective areas.
