KTC Appoints Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali as Chairman to Support Next Phase of Sustainable Growth

KOTA KINABALU: Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (“KTC” or “the Group”) (KTC, 0180, Main Market) today announced the appointment of Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki Ali as Chairman of the Board, marking a significant step in strengthening the Group’s governance and long-term growth strategy.

Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali, former Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia, brings with him decades of distinguished public service and leadership experience, along with valuable institutional insight.

His appointment is anticipated to further enhance KTC’s strategic direction and engagement with stakeholders across both the public and private sectors.
