Kudat MCC officially open

KUDAT: The Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, Datuk Ewon Benedick, officially opened the new office of the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (MCC) in the Kudat region yesterday.

In his address, he emphasided the importance of utilising the newly established office to strengthen the cooperative movement in Kudat and its surrounding areas.

"I am determined to ensure that all relevant information regarding cooperatives, including financing opportunities, cooperative grants, training programmes, and updates on the Cooperative Entrepreneurship University (UKK), reaches the residents of this district," the Minister stated.

Similar offices would be established in Kota Marudu, Ranau and Keningau.
