KENINGAU : The Keningau Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Association has received a timely morale boost ahead of its Mini Kaamatan Programme, following a heartfelt contribution from Liawan Assemblyman, Datuk Annuar Ayub Aman, in support of the community-driven initiative.

The contribution was officially handed over by Mohamad Raihan Jinode, Operations Assistant at the Liawan Community Development Leadership Unit (UPPM), on behalf of Annuar, during a brief ceremony held at the UPPM office.

Organised by the Keningau Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Association, the Mini Kaamatan is scheduled to take place today 24 June, at the Tamu Ground, Keningau.

The event is expected to energise local entrepreneurial activity while celebrating the culture and communal spirit of the interior regions.

Association Chairperson Lena Boli was present to receive the contribution and expressed her heartfelt gratitude for Annuar’s continued support and concern for small-scale entrepreneurs in the Liawan constituency.

This contribution reflects Annuar’s action-oriented leadership approach, free from grand rhetoric or elaborate ceremonies, focusing instead on sincere efforts to uplift grassroots communities.

The Mini Kaamatan is also expected to provide a valuable platform for entrepreneurs to showcase local products, directly contributing to local economic development in line with the vision of a Well-Managed Liawan, Progressive Liawan.
