Strong Inter-Ministry Cooperation enable Effective Policy Implementation

KOTA KINABALU: Robust teamwork within government ministries is essential to ensure that policies and programmes are implemented effectively for the benefit of the public.

Speaking at the Ministry of Women, Health and People’s Wellbeing Sabah (KWKKR) breaking of fast gathering here on Thursday, Minister Datuk Julita Majungki emphasised that such events provide a valuable opportunity for officers and staff to come together outside the usual work environment and strengthen the bonds among ministry personnel.

“Positive working relationships between officers and staff are crucial to ensuring that our duties and responsibilities are carried out efficiently,” she stated.

“Cooperation and teamwork within the ministry are among the key factors that enable us to implement government policies and programmes seamlessly, ultimately promoting the wellbeing of our people,” she added.

Julita also expressed her appreciation to all KWKKR officers and staff for their unwavering commitment and dedication in executing the ministry’s various initiatives.

The gathering also served as a relaxed platform for ministry personnel to interact, fostering stronger working relationships within the organisation.
