"Terms and conditions will be included in the Google Form," he added.
Regarding safety measures, he said that they have received feedback from relevant agencies such as the Fire Brigade and Police.
"As I was informed, safety is also a priority for this event, and the Putatan Fire and Rescue Department (BBP Putatan) has recommended providing fire extinguishers to each participant.
"Furthermore, we will also appoint a judging panel for the two main nights to select the winners based on criteria such as beauty, neatness, vibrancy, and cleanliness, which will serve as the scoring basis for participants.
"The 'Cahaya Aidilfitri' programme is organised to celebrate the Ramadan and Syawal festivities and to encourage community creativity within this constituency.
"Additionally, it aims to revive the traditional culture of decorating with lanterns, and most importantly, to foster a spirit of cooperation among local residents," he said.
