‘Warisan Adat Bangsa Ta’ Concert to Celebrate Sabah’s Rich Cultural Heritage

SANDAKAN: The Ministry of Education Malaysia, in collaboration with schools across Sabah, will be hosting a cultural concert themed “Warisan Adat Bangsa Ta” (The Heritage of Our Traditions) at Aisyadelia Cottage, Sandakan, this Saturday at 8.00 p.m.

The programme manager Hasnia Bakre said the event will showcase a vibrant blend of traditional and modern performances, featuring music, dance, and stage arts by talented young performers from various schools throughout Sabah. A special appearance by local artist Den Bisa will add further excitement to the evening.

"The concert aims to promote and preserve local arts and cultural heritage while providing recognition and exposure to emerging young talents."

" It also seeks to encourage greater community participation and appreciation for Sabah’s artistic traditions," she said.

Media outlets have been invited to promote and cover the event, helping to document the annual celebration of creativity and cultural unity among Sabah’s youth.
