Ewon presents donations to 150 flood-affected families in Kadamaian

KOTA BELUD: Kadamaian State Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick has today presented donations to 150 families who were affected by floods in Kg Pangi, Kg Pompod and Kg Pahu here.

Heavy rains that occurred for several last week had caused floods in these three villages, affecting the main roads.

Apart from that, the houses of the villagers were also flooded by the rainwater, causing property damages and loss.

During Ewon's inspection today, the main road of Kg Pangi and part of the main road of Kg Pompod are still flooded.

Earlier, the affected families also received food donations from UPPM Kadamaian and Kota Belud MP Isnairaissah Munirah Majilis.
